President & Actuary
Roman is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Prior to founding RTU & Associates, Inc., he was an actuary for one of the largest international employee benefit consulting firms.
Roman holds a master’s degree major in actuarial mathematics from the University of Michigan. He also has undergraduate degrees in accounting and mathematics and has taken extensive graduate courses in statistics.

President & Actuary
Lina is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Member of the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries.
Prior to joining RTU & Associates, Inc., Lina was Vice President and Consulting Actuary for an actuarial, benefits, and compensation consulting firm and was Principal-in-charge of Employee Benefits Consulting for the Houston Office of a Big 4 accounting firm. She holds a master’s degree major in actuarial mathematics from the University of Michigan.
